With reference to your Letter of the 27th ult., Submitting an Estimate prepared by the Surveyor General of Hong Kong,, for cleansing and walling in the old Burial Grounds in that Colony; I am directed by the Lords Commissioners of her Majesty's Treasury, to acquaint you, for the information of the Duke of Newcastle, that They have no objection to this Expenditure, amounting to £200.
